Our goal is to deliver a smooth mentorship experience. This policy explains how we handle cancellations and refunds for bookings made on Mexybo.
1. Cancelling a Session
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable, but we will try to help reschedule based on mentor availability.
2. Mentor-Initiated Cancellations
If a mentor cancels a confirmed session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at a convenient time.
3. Refund Timelines
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. No-Show Policy
If you miss a session without prior notice, the booking is considered completed and is not eligible for a refund.
